Doug Kleinsmith has always been a Jack-of-all-trades. Growing up in Southern California in the 1960s, he was exposed to many different cultures and lifestyles. This gave him a wide variety of interests, and he needed help deciding how he wanted to spend his adult years. He knew that he felt it was always better to be in the trenches than in school. Once he finished high school, he decided to jump into the working world as quickly as possible. Even though Doug prioritizes experience, he took advantage of numerous self-help classes that would give him the skills he felt he needed in his working life.
